Refund and Returns.
Your satisfaction is our first priority at MACHIKO BABY. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund you in the same manner as your purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
SALE ITEMS: These items are not able to be exchanged or refunded, unless faulty. Please contact us at shop@machikobaby.com.au if you have any questions. We will only process returns that do not meet Consumer Guarantees. The link below from the ACCC shows both your rights as a consumer as well as ours as a business. We do not refund items that are the wrong size or fit but will exchange at your postage expense if we have the stock available.
Please note you are liable for any postage costs incurred when refunding/exchanging (unless it was our fault, in which case we will reimburse you return shipping costs.)
If you're exchanging an item, we will not charge you to ship the new item.
Returns Process
To return an item
Please email us first at shop@machikobaby.com.au with your request
We will then email you back the necessary details.

And also include the following information:
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability). If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item. You will also need to pay the postage both ways.
You will be refunded in the same manner as you made the payment. Cash cannot be sent in return.
If you decide to take a credit note it is valid for 12 months and is not refundable for cash or refund at a later date.
