We also accept PayPal, Direct Deposit and Money Orders.

Please note that your order will be dispatched once we receive cleared funds in full from your preferred payment option. Payment via Direct Deposit is required within 2 business days or your order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery & Postage

Postage and Handling Information

Some of our stock may be sent directly from the supplier from time to time.

Machiko Baby will process your order within 48 business hours of receiving payment and will send your order via Australia Post, Australian Air Express or Courier within 48 hours of you placing your order.

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order within this time due to it being Out of Stock etc, we will contact you via email or telephone to discuss it further, as we may have more on Back Order or you might like another Option.

All prices are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars (AUD). We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at: shop@machikobaby.com.au. Failure to notify us within 10 days may result in us being unable to assist with the recovery of your order and no refund will be issued after this time. Please check at your local post office before call us to see if your parcel is being kept there as they are often waiting for you to pick them up.

Please note that we are not resposnible for items that go mising due to issues with Australia Post.
